The 16th annual Arte de Tisa is sponsored by the Paso Robles Art Association. The sidewalk chalk art show on Pine Street across from Studios on the Park begins Sunday, September 16 at 8:00 a.m. Chalk and art supplies are provided, but sidewalk space is limited, so artists … come early! By the time Taste of Downtown begins at 11 a.m., the sidewalk turned artist palette will be transformed with bright color, shapes and images that might inspire the artist in you!
