Embark on a journey where the worlds of poetry and visual arts intertwine at our latest exhibition, "Poetic Prints." In collaboration with the Central Coast Printmakers and local poets, this exhibition explores creativity across mediums.
The Central Coast Printmakers decided to turn the tables on "ekphrastic poetry", which is a poem including a vivid description of a work of visual art. The Printmakers decided instead to let poetry inspire their prints!
Join us for opening receptions on May 4 and June 1 from 6-9 pm. The public is also invited to join us for a Printmaking Demonstration by Barbara and Rosey Rosenthal on May 18 from 2-4 pm, and a Poetry Reading on May 19 from 2-3 pm.
