Looking through a box of photos this morning and found this wonderful photo taken at LACMA. We lost an amazing, gentle, kind and talented craftman, Samuel Maloof awhile ago. He lived a rich and full life and gave so much of himself and his knowledge of fine woodworking. I am grateful for the opportunity to say I knew him and I treasure our conversations and shared memories.
