I understand that as a volunteer for Studios on the Park, I may be subject to fingerprinting. I agree to comply with Studios on the Park’s rules and procedures to the best of my ability. I agree to respect the confidential nature of information I may obtain. I agree to participate in orientation and training as required by my assignment. I also agree to allow publication of my photo in promotional materials for Studios on the Park, including but not limited to, the website and print pieces.
In accordance with the requirements of Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA), Studios on the Park will not discriminate against qualified individuals with disabilities on the basis of disability in its services, programs, or activities. Studios on the Park will make all reasonable modifications to policies and programs to ensure that people with disabilities have an equal opportunity to enjoy all of its programs, services, and activities.
Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service for effective communication, or a modification of policies or procedures to participate in a program, service, or activity of the Studios on the Park, should contact Studios on the Park no later than 48 hours before the scheduled event. The ADA does not require Studios on the Park to take any action that would fundamentally alter the nature of its programs or services, or impose an undue financial or administrative burden.
