The Paso Robles Festival of the Arts kicks off today. A dinner is being held at 5:30 at the Park Ballroom. On Saturday from 9AM to 11AM 2-dozen artists will take part in a Plein AIr Quick Draw. They have only 2 hours to complete their work, which will be auctioned off later in the day.
The festival is from 10AM to 4PM Saturday in the Paso Robles Park on 12th Street. There will be an Outdoor Fine Art Show and Sale, a Public Mural Project, plus food and music. On Sunday you can enjoy the Fermented Arts Wine Trail from 11AM to 4PM. A featured artist at the festival, Bill Hosner from Michigan, will offer a Master's art class Monday. A few spots are still open in the class.
The proceeds go to support Salinas River Corridor Project and Studios on the Park.
