One of the highlights of last year's Paso Robles Festival of the Arts was an area devoted to hands-on activities for children. Julie Mathews from the Paso Robles Chamber of Commerce and her daughter Lynda tell about the inspiration that took place at last year's festival, as well as the changes and planned for this year.
