Want your art seen by 10,000 sets of eyeballs? Then submit work for consideration in the upcoming Paso ArtsFest. The May art festival is put on by Studios on the Park in downtown Paso Robles and features an outdoor fine arts sale, a quick draw event, and more on May 27. A lack of color doesn't put off Paso Robles artist Betty Wick. Since she was in high school in Ohio she's explored the complexities of black and white, starting with charcoal drawings and moving on to printmaking and typography at college.

While it's not quite as good as going to a dance or drama production in person, you can check out the performing arts through a series of photographs, Celebrating Dance & Drama, honoring the performing arts at Paso Robles High School. Play asks, 'what is art?'

The Paso Robles Art Association's annual Small Treasures show and fundraiser will be displayed in November and December at Studios on the Park in Paso Robles. Entries are limited to 8-by-8 entries of two-dimensional art and similar "small" stature for three-dimensional art, and each piece of art will be sold for $100, regardless of the artist or their reputation.
