After much anticipation, Studios on the Park celebrated its grand opening with a private gala for art lovers and community supporters. Guests enjoyed a gourmet dinner prepared by Chef Laurent Grangien of Bistro Laurent as well as fine wines from Justin Vineyard, Adelaida Cellars, Tablas Creek, Halter Ranch, and Peachy Canyon. Award-winning concert pianist Rudolf Budginas and guest musicians performed an exclusive concert for the enthusiastic attendees.
The new nonprofit organization is the first of its kind—showcasing professional, up-and-coming artists in Paso Robles. The Studios building consists of working spaces and group galleries housing a variety of visual arts, allowing artists to demonstrate their talents and sell their works. The public is invited to watch the artists at work and ask questions.
Studios on the Park is also the co-sponsor of the Paso Robles “Festival of the Arts” event, which drew in over 5,000 attendees.
