St. Patrick's Day is right around the corner, and so is our Sip n' Sketch event this Saturday!🍀🍀🍀
We will be closing our doors early at 6pm this Friday night, so don't wait too long to come visit on St. Patrick's Day!
Rest up and sleep in Saturday morning, because we have more festivities Saturday evening from 6-9pm as we enjoy our Sip n' Sketch event! Anne Laddon will be teaching us how to paint a beautiful floral still life while we all enjoy wine from our library collection. We can't wait!🍷🎨

This wonderful picture was taken by Joseph Arce and felt far too festive to not post! 🍀Joseph is in 8th grade and is one our our incredible youth photographers in our current show, "The Eye of the Next Generation". Come in to Studios on the Park to see the abundance of young talent we have in our wonderful little town!📷❤️

This show is diverse in subject matter with each photographer asked to submit photos in the following categories: landscape, floral, animal, portrait, city/urban, and still life. Each individual picture in this show gives such insight on what these young artists have decided to share with the world about their perspective. A majority of these photographers have focused on the hidden beauties that they have found and cherish in their life. Whether it be stunning photos from a summer sunset, an unforgettable vacation, breathtaking captures of nature, or their four-legged friends, these young photographers have brought a beautiful message of perspective to Studios on the Park. Beauty truly is all around us, all we need to do is find it. (…and if we’re lucky- get a picture of it! ☺️)

These young artists have been so brave and bold in showcasing their skills and perspectives with us all, and we are so thrilled to share them with you! If you need to restore your faith in humanity, this show is a wonderful way to do so as we all admire the Eye of the Next Generation. ❤️📷❤️

The Eye of the Next Generation at Studios on the Park is composed of artists from the age of 10-18! All artists were encouraged to showcase their skills in the following categories: landscape, floral, animal, portrait, city/urban, and still life. This exhibition was brought to you by a wonderful donation from The Jeanette Bertea Hennings Foundation in honor of Lonnie Hood. Thank you so much for supporting Studios on the Park and our mission to make art accessible to all. 🥰

Learn the art of book-binding this Saturday from 12-3 with resident artist Bob Simola!

Make a perfect bound, hard-cover book using the double fold method. A perfect bound book is the way all paperbacks and many hard-cover books are made. It is a much easier and quicker book to make than one that is in signatures and is sewn together. Bob will provide everything necessary to make a book: paper, boards, bookcloth, and tools.
