The Nest and Sacred Spaces is Heidi Franscioni’s latest body of original art. Working in mixed media encaustic and photography, Franscioni has been obsessing about Nest and Vessel forms for most of the year. Although the subject inside the container changes and is often empty, she offers the viewer a peek at a small sacred place. Some pieces are more abstract while others feature her signature ethereal photographic images. Between now and Christmas, purchases of Franscioni’s works will have the opportunity to collaborate on the titles of the pieces, thereby personalizing them for holiday gifts.
The opening reception will be held on December 4 as part of First Saturdays: Wine & The Arts, a great evening of art, wine, live music, and fun!
