The Savages are a loose collection of talented, ascending artists in their teens, twenties and thirties thrown together by curator Neal Breton. The Savages comprise a jagged group of artisans from all over the state of California--some use skin as their preferred canvas, some use walls, some use film or found objects, some are commercial in their wares and some choose to show their work only to their close friends. Most have sold paintings for years and some are embarking upon their first opportunities here at Studios on the Park.
