The Cutting Edge Fiber Arts Group is a group of 13 artists in the San Luis Obispo County area. They work with non-traditional and innovative techniques and materials to create art quilts and fiber art that transcend functional craft into the realm of fine art.
Artwork for this exhibit features fine art fabricated using a wild range of surface design techniques and materials including dyes, paint, beads, yarn, silk-screening, batik, photography, shibori, and more to create fine art suitable for hanging.
