"A Wild Past: Celebrating The Pioneer Spirit" is an invitational art exhibition hosted by Studios on the Park. It features acclaimed Western artists Vel Miller, Sparky Moore, Ernie Morris, and Phil Tognazzini. Collected internationally by horsemen, historians, and art aficionados alike, these artists "have defined the Western art scene [with their] distinctive livestock portraits, classic cowboy themes, vibrant landscapes, and spectacular sculptures.
Their works are accompanied by the following top painters, photographers, and sculptors of the Central Coast: Jan Aijian, John Barnard, Nancy Becker, Gary Blackwell, Ken Christensen, Bruce Everett, Dale Evers, Heidi Franscioni, Dotty Hawthorne, Judy Lyon, Pam Panattoni, Tom Peck, Shirley Pittman, Denise Schryver, Elizabeth Tolley, Ginger Toomer, Jim Tyler, and Jeanette Wolff.
