Kyanne Goelz's work deals with both micro and macro aspects of organic bodies, both plant and animal. She is fascinated by the juxtaposition of fragility and complexity present in living organisms. As Kyanne explains, "In my art I create my own interpretation of interior spaces and structures such as organ systems, cells, and tissues. As a result, these works portray the creation of structure out of chaos; the build up of simple materials to create an aggregate form."
