Jeanette Wolff considers herself a multi-media painter working primarily with watercolor, oil, acrylic, pastels, inks, papers, fabric, found objects, and glue. Sometimes her work is purely watercolor, oil, or acrylic but more and more she feels a need to combine some of them. On her surface she puts whatever she feels is needed to convey her story and then she tries to follow her heart (not a current fad). She doesn’t have a particular formula—she thinks about the best composition and colors for the subject first, and then dives in before the excitement subsides. In her collage, humor often shows itself as if by magic!
