Every new medium Helen K Davie explores has challenged her to interpret the world in a different “language,” but her artistic vision and voice remain the same.

Helen is inspired by the cycles of nature, light and shadows, symbolism, and the multitude of shapes, forms and colors of living creatures. She is foremost an illustrator, but printmaking allows her to play with multiple variations, combinations, and patterns, and opens the door for serendipity.
