During a 36-year career as a Naval Officer Don Eaton devoted much of his free time to photography as he traveled worldwide. The objective of his photography now is to show the scenic beauty of America as well as the inspirational hand of man.

He currently photographs with Nikon equipment and processes his work on Macintosh equipment using Photoshop CS4. All prints are on Epson or other fine archival paper and printed on an Epson Stylus PRO 3800. All works presented are limited editions of less than 25 copies.

His work is held in many private collections and he currently has photos on display in the Black-White Gallery at 9315 Santa Clara Rd. in Atascadero, the San Luis Obispo Art Center and the Appel Gallery in Sacramento. He also has published books including “East To West”, “Patrick’s Apartment” and a photo essay of Joe Swartz a famous photographer of the New York School.

He resides in Paso Robles, California.
