Peggy Jansson has been a photographer spanning forty years starting with black and white in the 1970’s, and in recent years with the wonders of digital photography. She is a photo artist based out of the beautiful California Central Coast since 1971. Her images including, her panorama’s are hanging in dental offices, art galleries, and local businesses in the San Luis Obispo area. Peggy considers herself a landscape photographer bringing back that special image from her many travels.
With family living in New Orleans and yearly visits to the New York area has turned this landscape photographer into a documentary - urban photographer. She has documented New Orleans before and after Katrina spanning a period of forty years. Yearly travel to New York has brought her to the World Trade Center site photographing the rebuilding of the site since 2006. She plans to continue her documentation of the WTC site rebuild.
