Get hands-on with intaglio printmaking! Join resident artist David Butz as you learn to create your own etchings on clear acrylic plates. You’ll scratch your design, ink and wipe your plate, and print it using our etching press — taking home 3 to 5 original prints by the end of class. Perfect for beginners and experienced artists alike!

Make your own intaglio print with resident artist David Butz!
Using a twisted etching needle, you will carve your design into a "plexi" plate, then ink, wipe, and print the design onto paper using the etching press. Walk away with 3-5 of your very own original prints and a new creative skill!
